The Highland Park Housing Authority (HPHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The waiting list for family public housing is currently closed.The HPHA offers three public housing communities for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply for public housing:1. Visit the HPHA office to pick up an application, located at 242 South Sixth Ave., Highland Park, NJ 08904, during normal office hours.2. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 732-572-4420 during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, you must call the housing authority to schedule an interview.
