OPEN: Housing Authority of Mingo County is currently open and does not have a predetermined closing date.

The Housing Authority of Mingo County (HAMC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families.Please note: The HAMC does not offer a senior/disabled Public Housing program.The HAMC offer once Public Housing community with 35 units, ranging in size from three to four bedrooms.There are four ways to apply:

1. Visit the HAMC to apply in person, located at 5026 Helena Ave., Delbarton WV 25670, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
2. Download an application here, then print and complete.
3. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 304-475-4663, Ext. 306, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
4. Apply online here.
