The Housing Authority of Caddo Electric Cooperative (HACEC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The wait time for Public Housing is very short.The HACEC offers one Public Housing community with 34 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the HACEC office to pick up a pre-application, located at 116 Hikeba Ln, Lookeba, OK 73053, from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday.2.
