The Housing Authority of the City of Griffin (HACG) Senior Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Terrace at the Park is currently closed. It was last open for one month from September until October, 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application at the at the Oaks at Park Pointe Leasing Office.
Once the paper application has been completed, it must have been dropped off at the Oaks at Park Pointe Leasing Office.
This waiting list had the following preferences: Elderly, Veterans, Current PHA Residents, Working/Employed, Victims of Domestic Violence, Displaced by Government Action, or Displaced by Natural Disaster.
It is not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list.
