  1. Visit the HRAIF to pick up a pre-application, located at 1200 Riverside Drive, International Falls, MN 56649, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to them by calling 218-283-4114, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
