This means that applicants who qualify for these preferences will receive assistance before applicants who do not.   4. Call (610) 433-2312, Ext. 3 to request an application be mailed to you. Slowly and clearly sate your name and address during the message. An application will be mailed within 10 business days.
Applicants who require reasonable accommodation to complete the application can call (610) 433-2312, Ext. 201 to make an appointment.Once the application has been completed, it must be dropped off to the Application and Waiting List Office, located at 120 N. 3rd St., Emmaus, PA 18049, or mailed to 333 Ridge St., Emmaus, PA 18049.This waiting list has the following preferences: Displaced by government action; veteran living in units designated affordable paying more than 30% of income towards rent; live, work or attend school in Lehigh County, excluding Allentown and Bethlehem.Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, after sorting preferences.Applicants will be notified of their placement by mail.Important note: Applicants who have been placed on the waiting list must inform the housing authority immediately if your application information changes (such as contact information, income, and household members).
