OPEN: Low Rent Housing Agency of Waverly is currently open and does not have a predetermined closing date.

The Low Rent Housing Agency of Waverly (LRHAW) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.The LRHAW offers 1 Public Housing community with 47 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from Studio to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply: 

1. Visit the LRHAW to pick a pre-application, located at 320 15th Street NW, Waverly, IA 50677
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling 319-352-3394.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.The LRHAW has identified there preferences: Seniors and Disabled individuals. Since this program is only available to senior and disabled households, it is curious that the office identified these preferences. By this definition, all applicants would qualify for the preference.
