The Melivindale Housing Commission (MHC) waiting list for Senior/Disabled Public Housing apartments at Coogan Terrace is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on October 19, 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.The MHC has one Public Housing community, Coogan Terrace. In October, 2018, the MHC said, "Coogan Terrace is converting from Public Housing to Project Based Rental Assistance and will be undergoing a multi-million-dollar renovation project in 2019. We are currently collecting vacancies and not processing nay leasing at this time."There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Visit the MHC to pick up an application.
  2. Download and print the application online.
