The New Ulm Economic Development Authority (NUEDA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.Please note: The NUEDA does not offer a Public Housing community for senior/disabled individuals.The NUEDA offers one Public Housing community with 10 units, ranging from two through four bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Download the online pre-application here, then print and complete.
  2. Pick up a pre-application in person at the NUEDA, located at 100 N Broadway Street, New Ulm, MN, during normal office hours.
