The Rock Rapids Municipal Housing Agency (RRMHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.Please note: The RRMHA does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled households.The RRMHA offers one Public Housing community with 36 units for families, ranging in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the RRMHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 411 1st Avenue, Rock Rapids, IA 51246 during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (712) 472-3896 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
