The Balch Springs Housing Authority (BSHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for one day only in October 2016. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.


Balch Springs, TX is about 15 miles east of Dallas, TX.


To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application at the Balch Springs Civic Center.


Once the application has been completed, it must have been returned on November 4, 2016.

In the case that the office sends a notice that does not get returned, or if application information is out of date, your name may be terminated from the waiting list.
