This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in State of Colorado.
The Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), Division of Housing (DOH) in conjunction with Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications in a limited basis from October 28, 2024 , until October 30, 2024. It was open in April 2023 before that. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
Please note: The waiting list was only open to applicants who meet DOH’s local preference of: Individuals with a Disability or Families That Include a Person With A Disability
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to print the paper application.
This waiting list had the following preferences:
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Limited has preferences for: Victims of Domestic Violence, Disabled, Referred by Local Assistance Program. Preferences are not required but Section 8 Voucher applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
