Madison, NJ Section 8 Voucher Waiting List is Closed as of December 2024. The waiting list was last open in January 2015 and remains closed.

The Housing Authority of the Borough of Madison (HABM) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted in 2015. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the application available online.
2. Email the HABM to request an application.
3. Pick up an application at the HABM office.

Once the application has been completed, it must have been mailed or hand delivered to the drop box outside of the HABM office.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Living and/or working in Madison, NJ.

Selected applicants were placed onto the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
