The Housing Authority of the Borough of Madison (HABM) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted in 2015. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
There were three ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the application has been completed, it must have been mailed or hand delivered to the drop box outside of the HABM office.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Living and/or working in Madison, NJ.
Selected applicants were placed onto the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
