800 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences. 

According to MHA, "Applicants will be notified only if they are selected. If you have not received notification by November 15, 2019 then you have not been selected for the Wait List. No walk in, phone, fax, email or voice mail pre-applications will be accepted."
