The Nassau County Office of Housing (NCOH) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 21, 2021 until July 2, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The NCOH public notice stated that it "will randomly select 2,500 households for placement on the waitlist." This notice is for both the Housing Choice Voucher and Project-Based Voucher programs. It is not known how many people will be placed on each waiting list.
