OPEN: North Central Housing Authority is currently open and does not have a predetermined closing date.

The Ramsey County Housing Authority (RCHA) is currently accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications. This waiting list is open indefinitely.To obtain an application,  you must visit the housing authority in person to pick up an application, located at 605 3rd St., NE, Devils Lake, ND, during normal office hours.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The RCHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: elderly, or live and/or work in Ramsey County.For more information, the RCHA can be reached by calling 701-662-3099 during normal office hours.
