Park, Teller, and Huerfano County, Colorado has preferences for: Elderly, Victims of Domestic Violence, Homeless, Living in Or at Risk of Institutionalization, Non-Elderly Disabled. Preferences are not required but Section 8 Voucher applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
