  • Project-based voucher holders who applied for HCV assistance at the time the waiting list was open and have currently completed the requirements of their contract within the PBV unit and are in good standing (1 Points)
  • In the event the family does not qualify for any preference, they will be placed on the waiting list within the date and time of application. (0 Points)
