For every apartment that’s listed on Affordable Housing Online, monthly rent is based on the household’s income in one of two ways. Because of these differences, renters need to know which type of low income apartment is best for them.
Today, our team has built a new page to help renters find the right type of housing. This page explains the differences between Subsidized Housing and Government Assisted Housing, and which programs fall under each rent type.
