Another week brings another major update to help renters save time on their housing search!
Similar to our recent update for Section 8 Waiting Lists, our Low Income Apartment Waiting Lists page got a redesign as well!
Renters who are looking for the latest openings will still find the newly announced apartment waiting lists at the top of the page.
The biggest change to this page is our list of apartment waiting list openings by state. Now, renters can select the "View All" link to display every open waiting list for apartments in that state.

Know your rights as a Section 8 tenant.
In many areas, private landlords with an available unit can refuse interested tenants who have a Section 8 voucher. Check your local laws.Libby Trahan says:
