The Nampa Housing Authority (NHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The NHA offers one public housing community with 142 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

There are two ways to apply:
1. Visit the NHA to pick up an application, located at 211 19th Ave., North Nampa, ID 83687, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
2. Download the application here, then print and complete.

Once the application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Be sure to include these documents with your application: proof of all income, asset verification, birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The NHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: employed at least 15 hours a week, elderly, disabled, or full time student.
