The Housing Authority of Martin (HAM) is currently accepting Pubic Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAM offers two Public Housing communities with 124 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the HAM office to pick up a pre-application, located at 109 Raymond Griffith Drive #110, Martin, KY 41649, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Tuesday and Thursday-Friday, on Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm.Once the pre-application has been completed, you must call the HAM office at 606-285-3681 to schedule an appointment to hand in the pre-application.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
