The Housing Authority of the Parish of Caldwell (HAPC) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, from July 2, 2018 at 8:00 am CT, until further notice. It was last open in February, 2017 and before that in 2015.
There are two ways to apply during the opening period:
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.
There are no preferences.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.

The Housing Authority of the Parish of Caldwell (HAPC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAPC offers one Public Housing community with 116 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the HAPC to pick up a pre-application, located at 103 N Alvin St, Columbia, LA 71418 during normal office hours.2.
