How To Apply to the Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List
The Ruston City Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last available from November 18, 2019, until November 19, 2019; and last accepted on December 4, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to pick up an application at the Ruston Civic Center.
Once the application has been completed, it must have been hand delivered no later than December 4, 2019 by 4:30 pm.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
300 applicants were selected by random lottery. Those applicants will then be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
