The Housing Authority of Crisfield (HAC) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The HAC offers 330 apartment units for families and senior/disabled individuals.

There are two ways to apply for public housing:
1. Request an application be mailed to you by calling 410-968-0288 during normal office hours.
2. Visit the HAC to pick up an application, located at 115 S. 7th St., Crisfield, MD 21817, during normal office hours, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.

The HAC does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: victim of domestic violence, living in substandard conditions, veteran, disabled, elderly, employed, living and/or working in Crisfield.
