The Bath Charter Housing Commission (BCHC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families.

Please note: The BCHC does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled individuals.

The BCHC offers one Public Housing community with 30 units for families, ranging in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms.

There are two ways to apply: 
1. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling 517-641-6244 during normal office hours.
2. Visit the BCHC to pick up a pre-application, located at 14379 Webster Road, Bath, MI 48808 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. 

No documents are needed at this time.

The BCHC does have a preference for: Homeless or employed.

Reasonable Accommodation

Applicants who need help completing the application due to disability can make a reasonable accommodation request to the housing authority via (517)641-6244.
