The Housing Authority of the City of Bay St. Louis (HACBSL) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACBSL offers two Public Housing communities for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the HACBSL to pick up an application, located at 601 Lucien Kidd Street, Bay Saint Louis, Hancock County, MS, between the hours of 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
