How To Apply to the Waiting List
The North Platte Housing Authority (NPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled households.

The NPHA offers two Public Housing communities with 250 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms.

To apply, visit the NPHA office to pick up an application, located at 900 Autumn Park Dr., North Platte, NE 69101, from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.

Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during the times listed.

Be sure to include these original documents with the application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, and photo IDs for all adult household members. All adult household members must be present when returning the application.

The NPHA does not have a preference.

Applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.

Important note: Applicants who have been placed on the waiting list must inform the housing authority immediately if your application information changes (such as contact information, income, and household members). In the case that the office sends a notice that does not get returned, or if application information is out of date, your name may be terminated from the waiting list.
