There are two ways to apply during the opening period:
The following documentation is required, as stated by the PGHA: "birth certificates, social security cards, photo ids, and proof of income for all household members. All persons over the age of 18 must sign the application and release forms."
Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed or dropped off in person to the Penns Grove Housing Authority, 40 South Broad Street, Penns Grove, NJ 08069.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
