This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Peekskill, New York.

The Peekskill Housing Authority (PHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom apartments from January 3, 2024 until January 24, 2024. This is the first time the waiting list has been open since it closed in March, 2023.

There are two ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. Pick up an application from the PHA office, located at 807 Main Street, Peekskill, NY 10566 during regular business hours, 7:30 am until 3:00 pm ET.

Once the paper application is complete, it must be either:

  1. Hand delivered to the PHA office, located at address mentioned above, from 7:30 am, until 3:00 pm.
  2. Mailed to the PHA office, address mentioned above.

This waiting list has no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
