The Pembroke Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The PHA offers three Public Housing communities with 243 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, download the application here, then print and complete.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered on Wednesdays only, between the hours of 8:30 am and 11:30 am. The PHA is located at 606 Lumber St., Pembroke, NC.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, bank statements, custody papers (if applicable), proof of any expenses, documentation if disabled, photo IDs for all adult household members.
