The Athens Housing Authority (AHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The AHA offers one Public Housing community with 438 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the AHA to pick up an application, located at 199 Clark St., Athens, TN 37303, from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all earned and unearned income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The AHA does not have a preference.
