The Lenoir City Housing Authority (LCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The LCHA offers one Public Housing community with 138 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the LCHA to pick up an application, located at 101 Oakwood Dr., Lenoir City, TN 37771, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, from the 15th until the 28th of each month.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The LCHA does not have a preference.
