The Shelbyville Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The SHA offer five Public Housing communities with 417 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the SHA to pick up an application, located at 316 Templeton St., Shelbyville, TN 37160, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm CDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The SHA does not have a preference.
