The Housing Authority of the City of Moundsville (HACM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACM offers one Public Housing community with 248 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the HACM to pick up an application, located at 501 Tenth St., Moundsville, WV 26041, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm.
  2. Download the application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, custody papers, marriage certificates if applicable, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The HACM does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: displaced by government action, displaced by natural disaster, resident of Marshall County, or working adult.More information can be found by visiting the HACM website at http://www.moundsvillehousing.com/, or by calling 304-845-3141 during normal office hours.
