Due to the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, some waiting list openings may be postponed until further notice. Visit the housing authority's website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, contact the housing authority directly. Due to a high volume of calls and modified office hours in most areas, it may take days or weeks to get a response.

COVID-19 Update: As of November 13, 2020, the Integrated Community Solutions website says:
"Thank you for your patience as ICS continues to navigate through this unprecedented time of COVID-19. The measures ICS has been taking have been, and continue to be, in the best interest of the health and safety of our program participants, the community we serve, and of our staff and their families.
As described by officials, this is ICS' effort towards a "rolling recovery".
The ICS Green Bay office lobby will be open to pick-up and drop off documents. ICS will still be abiding by the social distancing requirements, therefore will we not be holding any face to face client meetings nor attending any client or community based face to face meetings. The West Bend office will be abiding by the same social distancing guidelines.
When inside the ICS office, we request that you wear a mask or face covering, and try to keep 6 feet of distance between you and others.
To reduce the risk of exposure to the COVID-19 virus to our staff and others, our agency is not able to make copies of your documents that are required to be submitted with your paperwork. There are several businesses in Ashwaubenon and surrounding areas that will make copies for you for a small fee. We understand this may be difficult and we appreciate your cooperation.
These measures are out of an abundance of caution and in an effort to continue to mitigate the spread of this virus and remain socially responsible.
The situation continues to be fluid and should the situation change, those decisions will be communicated as quickly as possible."
