This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Calumet, Kewaunee, Ozaukee, and Sheboygan County; and the City of Hartford, Wisconsin.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application available here. Scroll down to the "WISCONSIN HOUSING AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (WHEDA)" section, and select the green button for the county of interest.
Once the application has been completed, it must be returned to:
