The Timbers at Rayleigh is a beautiful new affordable housing complex that opened in the fall of 2014. We will offer spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. Our energy efficient apartments include a fully equipped kitchen with Energy Star appliances, W/D Connections, a patio or balcony, and much more. Our property amenities include: a clubhouse, exercise room, computer center, community laundry room, covered picnic area and a fun playground for the kids. Our residents will enjoy holiday festivities, potluck dinners, as well as monthly game and movie nights. We are in a quiet neighborhood, but close to shopping.
