This 20-year old property, originally financed with HOME loan funds provided by the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, was renovated in 2019-2020. The renovations of this family oriented community included all new interiors, new roofs, exterior paint, and extensive ADA and Fair Housing upgrades across the campus.
