The North Little Rock Housing Authority (NLRHA) RAD Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Cedar Gardens, Homes at Pine Crossing and Hillside Pointe is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 12, 2021, until August 16, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
