The development includes studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, plus 3,300 square feet of common space including a community room with a kitchen and computer area, leasing and management offices, a tot lot, picnic and barbecue area and a landscaped courtyard. Social services are provided by LifeSteps and include adult educational courses such as, financial literacy, health and wellness, skill-building, and computer training classes.
