The Orange County Housing Authority (OCHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications at Crossroads at Washington Apartments from January 8, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

Crossroads at Washington - is located at 1146 E. Washington, Santa Ana CA 92701.

Please note: According to the OCHA public notice "Admission preference will be given for 20 one-bedroom units to applicants who are experiencing homelessness, are eligible for services under the Special Needs Housing Program and referred by the Orange County Coordinated Entry System (CES) to OCHA."

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

Call the OCHA office at (714) 480-2700 for an application.
Call 2-1-1 Orange County at (888) 600-4357 to be connected to CES access point.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

Homelessness and are eligible for services under the Special Needs Housing Program.
Applicants referred by the Orange County Coordinated Entry System (CES) to OCHA.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
