The Garfield County Housing Authority (GCHA) Senior Section 8 Project Based waiting list for the Silt Senior Housing apartments is currently open.
The GCHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of October 10, 2022, until further notice.
Please note: According to the GCHA "Head of household must be 62+ unless disabled. If disabled, head of household must be 55+."

Silt Senior Housing consists of 20 Project Based Voucher units inluding 16 one bedroom and 4 studio units. These are open to any low-income Senior (62+) and Disabled (55+) residents. Family must choose to live in the Silt Senior Housing developement, 701 Home Avenue, Silt, Colorado 81652 for at least one year.
SMOKE FREE building. All utilites included, coin-operated laundry, downtown location, close to library and transportation. Quiet, clean, friendly. Must qualify for HUD rental assistance. Managed by the Garfield County Housing Authority.
