The Peral Center offers a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, catering to low and moderate income households with units designated for veterans. The apartments have fully-equipped kitchens, hardwood flooring, ceiling fans, large closets and bathrooms, and are energy efficient. The Pearl Center will be managed by full time staff including supportive service staff and property manager. Public transportation is located on site and residents will be able to walk to work, downtown retail, and various services. The Pearl Center's location and amenities will help connect residents to the community, and more importantly, establish a sense of home.
