The Pearl Center is a new four-story building consisting of 51 brand new apartments, a management office, maintenance office, laundry facilities, parking and furnished community lounge for programs and activities. There is a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, catering to low and moderate income households with units designated for veterans.
