Located in the heart of Chamblee, GA, all units are restricted and affordable to residents earning 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) and below. The four-story apartment complex is conveniently located across from the Chamblee MARTA station in a Transit-Oriented District close to many conveniences. Senior Connections, a provider of vital services to home-bound seniors, is adjacent to the property. A Walmart Superstore, with pharmacy and supermarket and other amenities, including restaurants, retail, post office and banks, are a short walk. Mercy Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center providing a full gamut of health and wellness services to low income families and seniors, is located less than two blocks from the site. Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households. Households must earn either less than 50% or 60% of the area median income (depending on the set-aside option chosen by the property owner) to qualify for these units. Rents in these units are capped at a maximum of 30% of the set-aside area median income (adjusted for unit size). Some rental units in this property may not be subject to LIHTC and therefore have higher rents and no maximum household income requirement.
