The three-story brick building will house 20 individuals in single apartments on the second and third floors and have administrative offices and the day program that will provide counseling, job training and referrals for services on the first floor.

Ogden Avenue Supportive Housing was a milestone achievement for BEDS Plus Care. After more than five years of planning and overcoming a variety of challenges, the dream of owning a single-site facility built with the purpose of providing supportive housing became a reality.

To be eligible for Ogden Avenue Supportive Housing the following is required:

documented history of chronic homelessness as defined by HUD
documented physical or mental disability
documented HACC approval
