Built in 2014, Lynden Lane is a small private neighborhood featuring 55-single family homes and duplexes for lease. The Lynden Lane homes mirror the design of most family starter homes and duplexes in the area featuring one and two-story wood-frame structures with a combination of brick and vinyl sided exteriors. The neighborhood has new streets, sidewalks and decorative street lights with new trees dotting the yards. Every home has an attached two-car garage, private driveway, covered front porch and landscaped front and back yards. The main living area is open with luxury vinyl tile flooring, ceiling fans and french doors leading to a backyard patio. Two-bedroom units have one and a half bathrooms while the three- and four-bedroom units have two or two and a half bathrooms. Bedrooms include wall-to-wall carpeting and large closets.
