Stalker Apartments is a new complex that opened in fall of 2013. They offer affordable family living in our modern one and two bedroom apartments, some of which offer handicap accessible features. Their kitchens are fully equipped with energy efficient appliances and deluxe features. Their apartments have both energy saving and safety features. Their community amenities include a community room, a playground, resident functions, and much more. They are a non-smoking community. They are convenient to shopping, schools, located off of John Williams Blvd near Lincoln Avenue.
Because Stalker School Apartments participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
