The South Portland Housing Authority (SPHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments for St. Cyr Court Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of March 27, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

St. Cyr Court (also known as 1700 Broadway or Broadway West) - 1700 Broadway South Portland, ME

Please note: According to the SPHA "Applicants must be 55 years of age or older, Handicapped or Disabled."

This waiting list has the following preferences:

Low-income 55 years or older
Elderly (62+)
Handicapped or
Disabled persons 18 years of age and over

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

St. Cyr Court (also known as 1700 Broadway or Broadway West) is comprised of 100 one-bedroom units. These units are for elderly and handicapped or disabled persons. All persons living in one of these Public Housing units must meet the requirements established by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Residents pay 30% of their income for rent.
